In Paradise Acres Section II, we truly believe that great neighborhoods are built on strong connections. Guided by our motto, “Neighbors Helping Neighbors,” our community is rooted in collaboration, support, and a shared pride in where we live.

 

Paradise Acres is a deed-restricted community, helping preserve the charm, safety, and long-term value of our neighborhood. Each year, our Community Covenants and Restrictions are carefully reviewed and amended as needed to remain compliant with Texas Property Code. For the most current, updated versions of the covenants and restrictions, residents may submit a request directly through this website.

 

Community spirit is at the heart of Paradise Acres. The Association actively fosters fellowship, celebrations, and local initiatives, bringing neighbors together through holiday events and special gatherings that support the overall wellness and enjoyment of our neighborhood.

 

Residents enjoy access to a beautiful, pet-friendly park and recreation area featuring:

  • A 1,200 sq. ft. pavilion for gatherings and events
  • A children’s playscape
  • A volleyball court
  • A campfire pit
  • BBQ pits throughout the park
  • A safe swimming area
  • And the second-longest fishing pier on Lake Livingston, perfect for relaxing, fishing, and soaking in the views

Annual Maintenance Dues

 

Annual maintenance dues help support the upkeep, amenities, and overall well-being of Paradise Acres – Section II. Statements are mailed to property owners each January, with payments due by March 31st of each year.
